How does personalization work?

Each product can be personalized directly on the product page before adding it to the cart. Depending on the design, you can add a name, date, or custom text.


Can I see an exact preview of my personalization?

Product photos display personalization examples to help you visualize the final result. The information you provide will replace the sample text shown in the preview images.


Are the products embroidered or printed?

We offer both embroidered and printed designs. The type of finish is specified on each product page to ensure the best possible result for every design.


What are the production and shipping times?

Each item is made to order and personalized especially for you. Production usually takes a few business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


Can I modify my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order through our contact page.


Can personalized items be returned?

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we will of course find a solution.


How should I care for my apparel?

To preserve the quality of both the garment and the personalization, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
